Full Conference Registration for on site participation will include access to all regular conference events as well as regular conference meals and receptions. Additional events may become open for registration (i.e. special events) at a later date.
Limited Virtual Registration will include online access to a limited selection of conference events such as keynotes, plenaries, and a selection of workshops. The student limited virtual registration will also allow students to virtually participate in the Client Problem Competition and the Three Minute Thesis competition. International members who are not able to travel to the United States to present, are also invited to register for the limited virtual registration option AND should email the program chair with their request to present virtually. These presentations will occur in specific sessions and will be approved on a case by case basis. ALL other presenters must register for the full conference and plan to present on site in St. Louis. Other requests for accommodations may be made by emailing the program chair directly
Accepted presenters should join or renew their membership and register for and be available for the full conference period
In order to register for the 2025 AACS Conference, please 1) complete the registration form AND 2) pay for registration using the appropriate choice from the options below.

Requests for refunds need to be submitted in writing to sac_aacs@emich.edu.
AACS Cancellation and Refund Policies:
Membership fees are refundable only within 5 business days of purchase. No membership refunds are available after the 5 business days have transpired.
Conference registration fees, online workshop fees, and fees for other AACS events are similarly refundable only within 5 business days of purchase. No refunds are available after 5 business days have transpired.
