About the journal:
The Journal of Applied Social Science (JASS) is the official, peer-refereed publication of the Association for Applied and Clinical Sociology (AACS). Published by SAGE, The JASS prints research articles, essays, research reports, teaching notes, and book reviews on a wide range of topics of interest to the social science practitioner. The journal reflects more than 25 years of sponsorship by AACS and its predecessor organizations, the Society for Applied Sociology and the Sociological Practice Association.

To submit for publication
Please submit all manuscripts on-line at Sage Manuscript Central: https://mc.manuscriptcentral.com/jass . We encourage submission of manuscripts that, in a concrete way, apply social science or critically reflect on the application of social science. Authors must address how they either improved a social condition or propose to do so, based on social science research.
